The Water Damage Protection System and the Utility (electric, water, gas) Damage Protective System. Located in Lakewood, a diverse group of Engineers, Programmers, Development Staff and others that have helped to initiate the development of active prototypes. The next step is to shelf the product to be easily available to everyday people. Currently, it is only available to contractor's, home builders, engineers.
To explain, it pretty much reminds me of a fire-detector that does more than beep. It is capable of literally shutting down the gas and electric utility in case of a fire, and is able to control the water utility for i.e. rec centers, laundry facilities, the home and other places of desired installation where a busted pipe (frozen/leaky pipe, etc.) could do damage. Insurance companies report that home-owners claim broken washing machine line water hose leak that is a common problem they suffer in damages. The product is enforced to help eliminate these happenings.
